Privacy policy

This website is run by the society committee.

What we collect: if you use the contact form we store the name, email address and message you submit, so the committee can reply. Nothing else is collected; there are no analytics trackers or advertising cookies on this site.

Cookies: one cookie is used, and only to keep committee members logged in to the admin area. Visitors browsing the site are not tracked.

Photos: photos on this site are from society events. If you appear in a photo and would like it removed, email us and we will take it down.

Membership and payments: memberships are purchased through the Students' Union website, which has its own privacy policy. This site never sees or stores payment details.

Removal requests and questions: contact the committee at the email address in the site footer. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you think your data has been mishandled.
